I just finished Dusk and can’t decide if I want to start this one next or Pear and Trellis! These are just stunning, and great lightweight projects for warmer weather.

I know this is a matter of opinion, but I feel like those lovely variegated hand dyes obscure the lace pattern. I want to highlight the lace pattern OR the yarn colors. Not both. Maybe after I’ve knit gobs of lace I’ll feel differently about it and want to try lots of different things. I eat my strawberries without cream or sugar, too, so maybe I’m a purist. I prefer string quartets to symphonic music. Hmm. I’m detecting a theme.
