leaflet mitts and scarf

mitts and scarf with allover leafy texture in two yarn weights . . . work it either way for any season. one is soft, lofty and cuddly, while the other is sleeker and more form-fitting.

thank you very, VERY much to our two lovely dyers, catherine and michelle, who contributed the inspiring and beautiful yarns for these projects, as well as test knitting the pattern.
and to jocelyn who, as always, was an enthusiastic guinea pig for the pattern.
and kudos for rachel, too, who once again made sure all the t’s were dotted and all the i’s crossed.

  1. Just gorgeous! I can’t decide which weight I like more. I will never be able to get caught up with all of your patterns I want, not to mention the yarn that goes with them! You have to slow down a bit!!! Have mercy!!

  2. oh wow – they are both lovely!!! what great texture and color … hm … almost makes me wish it were winter. almost. 🙂

  3. Gorgeous & I love the Sicily colorway. You are a great designer & so fast too – I can’t imagine myself coming up with even 1 design.

  4. These look like so much fun; they were marked for the wishlist as soon as you started showing photos of them in progress—and the yarn colors are wonderful. As sweetea said above, it almost makes me wish it were winter.

  5. Those are beautiful! I think I might just have to do those my daughters. What a great Christmas gift they would be.
