These fine, nearly-weightless wristlets in two sizes (S/L) feature a frill of alternating leaf lace at the end of a snug ribbed cuff, adding a bit of feminine interest to a sweater, jacket, or coat sleeve, while providing a soft layer of warmth to shut out chilly winds.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size or elasticity.

Suggested Yarns: Louet Mooi Laceweight, Fibre Isle Kami Bison or Magique, Buffalo Gold Lux, Woolen Rabbit Tranquilo, Chantilly or Lark Lace, Sericin Silkworks Handspun Laceweight, Still River Mill One World or Yakaboo, New Hue Handspuns Lace BamHuey, Zen Yarn Garden Serenity or Bellisimo Lace, Ball and Skein Arequipa, Posh Yarn Eva, Jaggerspun Zephyr, or any laceweight yarn with approximately 200-300 yards per ounce 

Finished Size:
4(4.5) inches in circumference at cuff (unstretched) to fit wrists up to 6(7.5) inches around; 7(9) inches total length from hem to top of cuff

Yarn requirements: 110(140) yards

Gauge: 24 sts and 40 rows = 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles (unblocked; fabric will be relaxed)

Needles:
size 3US (3.25mm) DPNs for ruffle (or size to obtain correct gauge)
size 2US (2.75mm) DPNs for cuff (or two ‘mm’ sizes smaller than ruffle needle)
