david has some more photos—we used the newly-finished half of my studio for our photo shoot today; we’re almost at completion.

  1. Very pretty. I can just about imagine how soft the yarn is and I can almost feel it in the phots.

  2. Fantastic, it has been so fun watching this set develop. I can’t wait to get my hands on this yarn, and only 3 skeins for the set!

  3. Anne, I just bought the pattern. Cant wait to get started. I love the yarn as well. Thanks for so many beautiful and well written patterns. Happy Holidays from Minnesota!

  4. My fave color and I have enjoyed watching the complete process. Am in the process of making my first knitted beret and it is fun….Christmas present.

  5. So lovely and soft looking! I don’t like to wear hats but this one looks like it wouldn’t squash my hair at all. And the purple is a wonderful shade.

    So exciting about your studio!

  6. The hat and scarf are beautiful and I will have to put that on my to-do list. The yarn sounds fabulous, and I learned something new today: that mink can be harmlessly sheered to make yarn. I did not know that! I will put the yarn on my list of yarn to buy. Thank you.

  7. Wow … Gorgeous beret and scarf set! They look so lucious on the monitor, I wish I could reach through the monitor and touch them. :o)

  8. Anne…just when I think you’ve already designed the perfect set you come up with another one!! Will be ordering this very soon…I just happen to have some of the mink yarn sitting right next to me!

  9. ooh-it looks so soft…I wonder if it would make a good lounging around the house sweater. Very lovely–I’d be wearing that scarf all winter long, indoors and out!

  10. you look just fabulous. it’s just so frustrating that they are ALWAYS out of the mink. i even emailed, at someone’s suggestion, to request an email when the new shipments come in, but i never got a response!
i will probably have to resort to stalking their site!

  11. Hi……B E A U T I F U L……I think you need to call it something other than a scarf….It’s wider than the average scarf….how about a doublescarf..a doublewide…na that sounds stupid. It is wonderful I always look forward to your blogs and watching your patterns in the thought process. I envy you….You have to come down south of Rhinebeck..on 9W. I would love to come to a trunk show. Do you publish where you are going to go next.? We have a wonderful yarn shop in Cornwall NY near West Point Military Academy. Gail is a wonderful person…..Doesn’t matter.. I love your work and have gotten many of your patterns…some I can’t figure out…..Have a good week. Betty
