i have been having problems emailing patterns to knitspot customers using adelphia.net email addresses (and only this service as far as i know). the patterns bounce back to me several days later with fatal error messages.

please, please, please! if you have an email from this service and have not received a pattern that you paid for, get in touch with me to provide an alternate address where i might send them. if you are a future buyer, please provide an alternate address when you order.
