come indulge your purple passion with us through a series of hand dyed luxury yarns and accessory projects. anne is designing portable, fun to knit projects specifically for a custom purple yarn, appropriate for gifting or keeping to treat oneself.
yarns will include a selection of exclusive shades, hand-dyed by familiar knitspot favorites as well as new collaborating artists. a range of yarn weights and luxury fiber blends (mostly animal fibers) will be represented.
there are two levels of club membership: our yarn memberships include four bi-monthly installments of yarn delivered right to your door. the extra yarn option to double your yarn order, which allows for knitting multiples or larger sizes of the club design. there will be one yarn and color per each installment of this club; substitutions will not be possible. yarn and patterns will remain exclusive for four months from shipment/publication.
yarns will be accompanied by exclusive knitspot patterns. please note, no ebook or (pattern-only) option will be available until the exclusivity period ends.
delivery:
the passion yarn club will begin shipping in july 2014, one shipment every two months through january, 2015—a total of four (4) yarn and knitting pattern shipments. as with the current yarn club, we will aim for shipments to arrive mid-month. yarn shipments will be posted on the 7th (international) and the 14th (usa) unless those days fall on a weekend or holiday. patterns will be made available as pdf downloads on the 17th of every other month.
all yarn club packages will be shipped usps first class mail; international shipped in a vat-friendly manner. extra yarn will be shipped in a separate package when necessary.

signups:
a pre-order signup period for all current club members that are enrolled at that time will be notified by email on april 17th. from april 17th to april 30th, current members will receive a $10.00 discount coupon code on any level of a passion membership. signups for the passion club will open to the general public on thursday, may 1st and will close when all spots are filled.
payment:
yarn club memberships must be prepaid in full by credit card or paypal. at this time we are not accepting check payments for club memberships, however, you may be eligible to use the paypal “bill me later” program to spread out your payments. have more questions or need more information? please email david or erica; they are happy to be of help.

change of address:
members are responsible for updating their profiles, a change in billing or shipping address, or correction to existing address information in our files.
lost package:
if your package does not arrive within 21 days of the ship date, we will investigate, help locate it, and/or resend if necessary.
refund policy:
knitspot will issue a full refund up to july 1st, providing the spot can be filled from the waiting list. all refunds/exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of $50. refunds will not be issued after the club shipments begin on july 7, 2014.
